Our pancakes made the news! Here’s the story: KARE 11 Pancake Art Story:
A newly found interest of mine is Pancake Art. It all started when I saw a Facebook post of someone making an Olaf pancake from the movie Frozen. I enjoy drawing so decided to give it a try myself. I started with the Christmas pancakes during our Christmas break to visit my wife’s family in Oregon. That video gained popularity over the summer and now has over 1 million views.
After that I decided to make some Minnesota Golden Gopher pancakes for their bowl game (my alma matter), then made some Oregon Duck pancakes for their bowl game (my wife is from Oregon).
This year it was Star Wars and the Minnesota Vikings that made it to the griddle.
